Land reclamation, also known as land fill (not to be confused with a landfill), is the process of creating new land from ocean, riverbeds, or lake beds. The land reclaimed is known as reclamation ground or land fill.

Sea Sand and River Sand is used to provide bulk, strength, and other properties to construction materials like asphalt and concrete. It is also used as a decorative material in landscaping. Specific types of sand are used in the manufacture of glass and as a molding material for metal casting.
Kingdom Saga supply sand to both local and international buyers, and had strategic offtake agreements which secured exclusively to the sand sources which could supply up to 150 million cubic meter (m3) throughout Malaysia, especially Penang Island, Selangor, and Johor at any point of time.
Port concession is a contract in which a government transfers operating rights to private enterprise, which then engages in an activity conditional on government approval and subject to the terms of the contract. The contract may include the rehabilitation or construction of infrastructure by the concessionaire.
